The Waters is a 1,250 acre traditional neighborhood development where 8 unique villages surround a 200 acre, world-class fishing lake. Designed in 2003, the project involves all aspects of the PlaceMakers Way, including master planning, regulatory codes, a pattern book, implementation advisory and brand marketing.
