The Waters

October 2006

Join the Parade!
Once again, The Waters will be participating in the greater Montgomery Parade of Homes. Held across two weekends (Sept. 29 - Oct. 1 and Oct. 6-8), the Parade is an ideal opportunity to find not just your dream home, but your dream neighborhood as well. Come discover what people are sure to be talking about - unmatched traditional southern charm at the edge of Montgomery County's largest lake. Open Fridays and Saturdays, 10am-6pm, and Sundays, 1-6pm.

Lake Front Lot Release
In conjunction with the Parade of Homes, The Waters will be releasing a limited number of spectacular lake front lots. Known as the Battery Homes, these lots will feature exquisite, classically-designed single family homes, complete with front porch views across the 200-acre Lake Cameron. Beginning Friday, September 29, a fully-refundable $2,500 deposit reserves your place in line. Then, on the Parade's final day (Sunday, October 8, at 5pm), registrants will have first-come, first-serve opportunity to choose their ideal lot.

Ideas A-Plenty
Montgomery Living Magazine unveiled their first Idea House on Saturday, September 23, right here at The Waters. Toured throughout the weekend by a steady stream of visitors, this beautiful brick showplace built by Andrew & Dawson, with sturdy brick construction and graceful stacked porches, provides a true source of inspiration for everything from home design to building materials to interior furnishings and finishes. See it for yourself. The Idea House is located at 59 Chapel Hill Street (Lot 117).
