Managing Message and Media in the New Normal

At the heart of what connects people — to initiatives and to each other — is a story. Stories form the context that sets expectations and invites participation. They inspire. And they provide the framework that creates order. In a time of increased access to these stories through social media and other web connections, it’s more important than ever to position the message and connect through the media from the beginning of placemaking endeavors.
