Walkability in Winter Cities

Walkability mitigates the most extreme climates by providing interesting places to linger, connect, and warm up. However, the biggest hurdle is getting to a compact, connected, convivial urban form. And our zoning often stand in the way, requiring suburban development patterns that disburse the city into too far-flung of a pattern to make for happy places. This webinar explores how to find our way back, and what the benefits are to people, planet and profit for making the effort.
